Carpenter

Our fabrication department is seeking skilled carpenters with experience in cabinetry and /or trim carpentry. Experience with laminate application is a plus as well. We produce custom displays, furniture, cabinetry, etc. and are looking to expand our team. Graphics Installer

This position is a great opportunity for the right person to advance within the high growth field of digitally printed, wide format signs and graphics. We are currently looking for an energetic, self-starter with a positive personality and a sign and/or graphics installation or related background. The Graphics Installer position is responsible for the hands-on installation of non-electrical signage to include adhesive vinyl graphics, banners, rigid panel signs and wide format digital print graphics on windows and walls, both in-house and at customer locations throughout the NW Arkansas area. Event Project Manager

Our Events Team is seeking experienced Project Managers. The Events Project Manager (EPM) will plan and produce small and large-scale events for The Roark Group. The EPM will also manage the initial design of the event through successful completion. The position requires excellent organizational and customer service skills, event/meeting planning skills, along with the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

The EPM also works with the client directly and often with agencies and third-party planners to ensure their vision is brought to life. Balancing creativity with logistics, financial planning, and vendor management is imperative. The clientele would be focused on but not limited to local hotels, hospitality, and event groups.

The talent to be in the details while overseeing the larger picture is required.

Skills:

· Strong multi-tasking, organizational, time-management,  and problem-solving skills

· Microsoft Office Suite proficient

· AutoCAD knowledge a plus
